Shinjuku
Shinjuku is one of twenty-three special wards of Tokyo in Japan.
It is a major commercial and administrative center, being home to the busiest train station in the world known as the Shinjuku Station and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, the primary administrative center for the city of Tokyo.
The area near the Shinjuku Station is filled with a large grouping of department stores, electronic and camera stores, movie theaters, restaurants and nightlife spots. It is the site of many International Hotels as well.
The population is over 300,000 with a density of more than 16,000 people per square kilometer.
It is home to the highest number of foreign nationals of any community in Tokyo. This primarily includes, Koreans, Chinese, French, Myanmar and Filipino communities.
